Ujjain :- Parampujya Rashtriya Sant Shri Balyogi Umeshnath Maharaj is a monk since childhood from 1964. His revered mother's father had offered him to Mahayogi Shri Gorakshanath ji after taking birth, since then he has been living a monk life. His goal has been that spirituality, culture, dignity and civilization should remain in the human society in its highest form. He believes and continuously works towards unity, brotherhood, social harmony and upliftment of depressed classes. For this purpose, he is actively involved in movements that work towards breaking discrimination based on caste creed, sect which is a nationwide campaign under the slogan of Jaati Pant Sampradaya Tode, Rashtra ko Jode which has been running from past many years. He has been the state guest of 8 provinces in 1992. He has received the status of the First State Guest from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. He has travelled both India and abroad extensively. He lives a simple life and is a very soft spoken person.

ShriKshetra Valmiki Dham was constructed by him at the Samadhi site of Shri Vibhushit Swami Sohan Das Ji Maharaj, the religious guru of Valmiki Samaj in Avantika Puri Ujjain. Under his guidance, construction of Gaushala Bhojanshala, Chintan Shala, Sabha Mandap, Valmiki Ghat, Social Sanskar Shala etc. have been built with arrangement of water and rest for public. This place is the heart place and holy pilgrimage of Valmiki religion followers all over India and there is a feeling of antiquity in the entire ashram periphery. There are lot of efforts made by Pujya Maharaj Shri Bal Yogi Umesh Nath to keep this place holy and in dignified civilization. People of every part of the society respect his humble orders and engage in the arrangement of the ashram. The Popularity of the ashram is spreading all over the country. After the arrival of Maharaj Shri at this place, Shivling appeared from the land in 41 days. There was a ceremony conducted after which it was named Kamleshwar Valmikeshwar Mahadev. There are almost 5 Akhand Jyoti which are continuously lit in the Ashram. Apart from this there is Akhand Dhuni, Akhand Bhandara, Akhand Sadhu, the service of saints , Akhand Aarti, prayer worship continues continuously. Along with this, at this place, the country's high-ranking saints, Shiromani social workers, big politicians, administrative officers, all at their level, come to revered saint Bal Yogi Umesh Nath continuously to seek blessings and guidance. This place has been respecting everyone by rising above the political party's status and rank.
