Nagpur man strangles mom with hanky over cellphone

A 28-year-old man in Nagpur, India, killed his mother during a scuffle over a cellphone. He tried to cover up the crime by portraying it as a natural death, but his younger brother exposed him to the police. The man, who was addicted to liquor and drugs, had sold his own cellphone and was trying to take his mother's from her when the incident occurred. The victim had raised her three sons on her own and had even sold her gold mangalsutra to save her son's life in the past.
