PCB to enforce limits on player participation in overseas leagues
Following Pakistan's disappointing T20 World Cup performance, the PCB will strictly enforce its policy limiting player participation in overseas T20 leagues. Centrally and domestically contracted players will receive NOCs for a maximum of two foreign leagues per year, besides the PSL.
