Sam Bankman-Fried inner circle delivered a conviction. What’s next for them?

FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried has been convicted with the help of three former friends who testified against him. Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, FTX co-founder Gary Wang, and FTX engineering chief Nishad Singh all claimed that Bankman-Fried directed them to commit fraud by transferring billions of dollars in FTX customer funds to Alameda. Their cooperation may result in leniency for their own sentences, with the possibility of little to no prison time. However, they may still face other punishments such as returning the money made from fraud and paying restitution to victims.
