Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a probe related to an excise policy case. Kejriwal, along with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, will instead go to Madhya Pradesh for election campaigning. Kejriwal has called the ED summons "illegal" and "politically motivated" and asked for its withdrawal. Former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is currently in jail in a case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy. The ED had earlier stated that it was considering adding the Aam Aadmi Party as an accused in the case.
