Putin’s hybrid war opens a second front on Nato’s eastern border

Examples of Russia’s hybrid warfare tactics include sending groups of migrants to storm borders, jamming GPS signals, and recruiting criminals for acts of sabotage. These actions have been reported by several countries, including Finland, the Baltic states, and Poland.
