Sandeshkhali case: West Bengal govt moves SC against CBI probe
West Bengal government moved Supreme Court against Calcutta high court's order for CBI probe in Sandeshkhali case. The investigation in the case was handed over to the CID by the state government from the Basirhat Police after Sheikh's arrest, who is now in police remand of the CID. West Bengal government had constituted a SIT to probe the case.
