NDMC organizes a Bicycle Rally to create awareness among the voters

New Delhi:- NDMC with various stakeholders like New Delhi District Election Office, Khan Market Traders Association, Volunteers and NDMC Staff organized a Bicycle Rally as the Voter Awareness Event at Khan Market, New Delhi. As many as 500 participants including Chairman - NDMC, Shri Amit Yadav along with Senior Officers, Staff of the Engineering, Horticulture & Public Health Departments and Traders of Khan Market participated in the bicycle rally with full enthusiasm in the morning. Shri Yadav while explaining the motive of the bicycle rally said that it is an effort towards creating awareness among the general public about their voting rights. He appealed to all voters to use their right of vote on 25th May, 2024 to strengthen democracy. On the occasion, Khan Market Traders Association announced that all the food outlets of Khan Market will offer 15% discount to each and every voter who will visit the Khan Market after casting their votes with the mark of voting ink on 25th May in Delhi. The Bicycle Rally was covered the route  about 06 km stretch of Khan Market to Humayun Road, Prithviraj Marg, Aurbindo Marg, Lodhi Road, Lodhi Garden, Maxmuller Marg to Subramanian Bharti Marg and ending at Khan Market Parking at Amrita Shergil Marg in New Delhi.
